The Glasshouse commitment

Consistent encouragement. Real-world skills. Room to belong.

Since 2014, Glasshouse has brought a family-centered approach to Indiana services. Our executive team’s 30-plus years of experience guide our commitment to respectful relationships, practical coaching and purposeful support.

Build a trusting relationship

A caring mentor offers consistent encouragement and a space for youth to identify strengths, interests and personal goals. We meet young people where they are and help them practice choices that support their future.

Learn by doing

Lessons can include role-play, conversations, goal exercises and approved community activities. Youth practice communication, coping, healthy boundaries, decision making and problem solving in everyday situations.

Grow through Fostering Futures

Our 36-week curriculum provides age-responsive mentoring for ages 7–18. Younger children explore confidence, emotions, friendships and safety; middle youth build identity, coping and goals; older youth practice employment, money, education and independent living skills.

Support accountability and future planning

Pathways to Purpose, Glasshouse’s 32-week program for probation-involved youth, emphasizes accountability, conflict resolution, choices and positive community connections. Individual goals and progress reviews guide each youth’s next steps.
