The Glasshouse commitment

A practical plan. A steady partner. Support that follows through.

Since 2014, Glasshouse has brought a family-centered approach to Indiana services. Our executive team’s 30-plus years of experience guide our commitment to respectful relationships, practical coaching and purposeful support.

Start with family strengths

We listen to what matters to the family, identify existing strengths and work together on manageable goals. An individualized plan turns broad concerns into practical actions families can understand and practice.

Coach everyday skills

Support can include organizing appointments, creating household routines, budgeting, problem solving, parenting strategies and communicating with service providers. We coach skills through discussion, modeling and real-life practice.

Connect families with resources

We help families explore food, housing, benefits, health care, transportation and employment resources. We can support families in understanding application steps and preparing questions, while each resource agency determines its own eligibility.

Keep the team moving together

We collaborate with FCMs, Probation and other authorized partners, monitor progress and revisit barriers. Clear documentation and goal reviews help the family and referring team see what has been practiced and what still needs attention.
