Our executive team brings more than 30 years of experience serving Indiana children and families. Eugene Dullen, Executive Director, and Tiffany Dullen, Director of Operations, guide our commitment to thoughtful service, clear communication and family-centered support.
A place for connection
Our Indianapolis center offers 10 visitation rooms in the downtown area at 2625 N. Meridian Street, Suite 48. Appointments are arranged with the team according to the family’s service plan.
